TERMS – ONLINE TOUR BOOKINGS
All bookings with Balaji Activities must be paid in advance to confirm your reservation
Prices listed on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah per person or family group. These rates are exclusive to online bookings via our website. The total price displayed includes all taxes and service fees.
CONDITIONS
Acceptance of a deposit or full payment for a tour package signifies agreement to our cancellation policy and all other conditions
AGE GROUPS:
Adult: 13 years and above
Children: 5 to 12 years
Infants: 4 years and under
Family: Up to 2 Adults and 3 Children/Infants.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Balaji Activities reserves the right to cancel or alter tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather). A full refund or alternative tour option will be offered in such cases.
No refunds will be given for:
Cancellations made less than 2 days before the tour.
No-shows or late arrivals (e.g., due to illness, injury, etc.).
Cancellations due to the client’s unsuitability (age, health, fitness, intoxication, etc.).
A 10% administration fee applies to cancellations.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 days prior to the tour.
CHANGE OF BOOKINGS
Changes to the program can be made without charge 48 hours before the tour. Requests for changes must be made via phone (+62 822 3535 1123), or email balajiactivities@gmail.com. No changes or refunds will be accepted less than 2 days before the tour
MEALS
Meals are provided as specified in the tour description. Beverages are not included.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance. Balaji Activities provides accident insurance coverage up to USD 50,000.
CHANGE OF SCHEDULE
Balaji Activities is not liable for changes in tour schedules due to external factors (weather, road conditions, etc.).
UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds for unused tour services.
RESPONSIBILITY
Balaji Activities is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by external factors. We are not liable for issues arising from transport or other services outside of our control. Balaji Activities reserves the right to accept or reject clients and to make itinerary changes for safety or convenience.
